Cum viri religiosi .. abbas et conventus de Dunis, cisterciensis ordinis, in parochia ecclesie de Estchirche undecim acras et dimidiam, ab hiis qui in eadem ecclesia vicariam successive gesserunt ex multis retro temporibus possiderint censuales, iidem religiosi humiliter supplicarunt, ut ejusdem terre possessionem sub annuo censu certo sibi perpetuare dignaremur; quorum petitionem ad viri venerabilis .. abbatis de Roxl. vehcmentem instantiam acceptantes memoratas acras, dc asscn.su Thome vicarii de Estchirche, predictis fratribus jure perpetuo concessimus libere possidendas, sub annuo censu octo solidos, infra octavam sancti Miehaelis, ei qui pro tempore vicarius ibidem exstiterit solvendorum. Hiis testibus: J. abbate, Petro ct Willelmo monacbis de Roxl., magistro R. arcbidiacono de Midelsexo, tunc cancellario, Galtero de Cantilupo, et Willelmo de Clovecestre, magistris, cum aliis multis.
