      Universis presentes litteras inspecturis, J. divina permissione abbas, totusque conventus ecclesie Sancti Petri Gandensis, salutem in Domino. Noveritis quod nos recepimus de paga- mento, et termino omnium Sanctorum anni Domini M1 GC LX' sexti (Notum quod istud est ullimum privilegium pagamenli nostri et solulionis predicte summe), ab abbate et con- ventu de Dunis, septingentos libras flandrenses nobis per arbitralem sententiam, ratione bonorum de Zande, ab illustri Domina M. Flandrie et Haynoie comitissa, et a venerabilibus viris magistris Petro tornacensis et Gabricle cameracensi in Valenchines archidyaconis adju- dicatas. Et sic receptis a nobis dictis septingentis libris recognoscimus nos recepisse tria milia et quingentas libras, in quibus nobis tenebantur predicti.. abbas et conventus de Dunis et quod nobis per arbitralem sententiam, ratione predictorum bonorum de Zande, a predicta illustri Domina et archidiaconis supradictis fuerant adjudicate. In cujus rei testimonium con- tulimus predictis.. abbati et conventui de Dunis litteras nostras presentes patentes. Datum anno superius memorato, in vigilia omnium Sauctorum.
