Ego Floreutius, Dei gralia coraes de Hollant, ad futuri cautelam et adversantium calumpniam reprimendam univcrsis fidelibus, tam modernis quam subsequentibus, presentis scripti pagina notificarc volui, quod fratribus ecclcsie Sanctc Marie de Thosan, de quadringentis mensuris terre in Sudhbevelant, annuente domino Philippo, tam Flandrie quam Viromandie comite, divine retributionis respectu, per manum meam perpetua sit indulta libertas et ab omni consuetudinaria exactione que ceteris terris quacunque de causa solet imponi, plenariam absolutionem concessi. Hoc autem ne temporum evolutione et posteritatis successu valeat in irritum revocari. quod sollcmpni donatione stabilivi, sigilli mei munimine roborare et eorum qui interfuerunt attcstatione confirmare curavi: Hugo frater Florentii, Theodericus de Vorren, Kerstans dapifer, Hollin capellanus, Franka frater ejus et ceteri multi.
