      necnon et Theobaldus, filius ejus, resignaverunt in manus meas partem terre, circiter quadra- ginta mensuras, paulo plus vel minus, spectantem ad feodum meum, quem ab eisdem emerunt fratres de Dunis et ego eandem terram donavi ecclesie de Dunis libere et pacifice in per- petuum possidendam, coram hominibus meis, quorum nomina sunt: Willelmus Valca, Boidinus Taispera, Adam de Dungh, Folkerus carpentarius et Willelmus Vos. Hujus donationis etiam testes sunt, dominus Willelmus de Hondescotha, Kiquardus Blavoth, Egidius Spilchart et Willelmus Goreniose. Ex fratribus de Dunis testes: Johannes prior, Johannes et Willelmus de Warnestonense cellerarii, Symon magister de Moro et Henricus de Hucen. Ut autem hec mea donatio rata et firma in perpetuum perseveret, presentibus littteris feci sigillum meum et sigilla predictorum domini Willelmi de Hondeschota et Kiquardi Blavoth, qui inter- fuerunt, appendi. Actnm anno Domini M° CC vicesimo quinto, mense Augusto.
