Noverit universitas vestra quod Tbeodericus Houbanc et Jacobus, filius Michaelis, filii Godelieve de Thorout, vendideruut Lamberto Tinctori domum cum fundo et omnibus appen- ditiis suis, quondam Boidini Nose, pro viginti duabus marcis, triginta duobus solidis pro marca compututis Flandrensis. Terra vero in qua sita est domus eadem extenditur versus septentrionem usque ad ripam aque que vocatur E, reducta tamen quadam parte terre, habente in longitudine decem pedes versus eandem ripam. Et idem Theodericus promisit coram nobis bona fide, quod ipse et heredes sui eumdem Lambertum contra magistrum et fratres domus Teoti et contra Johannem Houbanc et filios suos et contra fratres et sorores et omnes coheredes suos et quoslibet alios aliquid juris in eadem revendito reclamaturos acquitabunt. Et hoc idem promisit Nicholaus Dierhere sub eadem forma, et nos requisiti in figura judicii pronunciavimus judicando legitimam esse notatam venditionem. Actum anno Domini M° .CG" vigesimo septimo, mense Septembri.
