Universitati vestre notum esse volumus quod frater Willelmus, conversus de Boudelo', in nostra presentia constiiuit "Willelmum dictum Cappa pro ecclesia de Marke loco sui, ad werpiendum morum et aliam terram sive wastinam prope Lepam, quam legitiine vendidit, de consensu domine mee comitisse, ecclesie beate Marie de Dunis et ad faciendum quecunque lex civilis precipit, sicut in Iitteris abbatisse de Marke, quas predictus frater W. nobis ostendit, plenius habelur, in quibus litteris predicta abbatissa prefato fratri Willelmo plenariam super hoc contulit potestatem, ct volumus nos, scabini de Axela, quod huic werpitioni intersitis. Datum anno Domini M° CG quinquagesimo, in crastino animarum.
