      Universis Christi fidelibus presentes litteras inspecturis, magister Petrus de Aqua Blank salutera. Noverit universitas vestra quod ego omni juri quod michi ex collatione excellentis doraiui mei Heinrici , Dei gratia regis Anglie tercii, competebat, vel alioquin competere poterat in ecclesia de Estchirche in Scapeya, causa Dei, et ad petitionem nobilium, Thome Flandrie et Ilaynoie comitis et J. uxoris ejus comitisse, necnon hnmili interventu virorum religiosorum.. abbatis et convenlus de Dunis penitus renuntiavi, promittens bona fide, quod in supra- dicta ecclesia, occasione dictc collationis michi facte. vel quocunque alio modo, nullum jus de cetero reclamabo, nec predictos .. abbatem et conventum de Dunis, qui dictam ecclesiam et ab antiquo possiderunt, per me vel per alium super dicta ecclesia molestabo, vel faciam molestari. In cujus rei testimonium presentes litteras, sigilli mei munimine roboravi. Datum apud "Westminstram, anno Domini M° CC° LX", mense Septembri, in vigilia beati Maihei apostoli.
