      Universis presentes litteras inspectnris .. Philippus .. comes Flandrie, natus Theatinus et Lauretanus comes salutem in Domino. Noverint universi, quod cum quondam domus combusta fuerit cujusdam Henrici dicti Buze, in ofiicio de Hulst, in west Gagheldonc, quod incendium creditur ab aliqua persona de Groda perpetratum, que grangia ad monasterium de Thosan noscitur pertinere, nos volentes ecclesiasticas libertates in suo robore conservare, et specialiter privilegia cisterciensis ordinis non intendentes violare, relinquimus factum pre- dicti incendii, ordini cisterciensi predicto in suis personis qui culpabiles inventi fuerint, correctionem et emendationem secundum eorum statuta regularia faciendam; offensam nostram propter factum predictum quam illi de Groda incurrerunt propter cleri et ordinis reverentiam plenissime indulgemus. In cujus rei testimonium sigillum nostrum presentibus est appensum. Datum Gandavi anno Domini millesimo, tricentesimo tercio, sabbato in nocte sancti Michaelis archangeli.
