CCCCLIV. — N* 588. Donatio unius waghce palingorum annuatim percipiendorum. In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti. Amen. Ego Theodericus, dominus de Beverna et castellanus de Dixmude, et Ysabela uxor mea, universis Christi iidelibus, notum facimus quod divino intuitu et pro salute animarum nostrarum et antecessorum nostrorum in elemosinam contulimus perpetuam, ecclesie de Thosan unam wagham palingorum, sicut veniunt ad rete in piscaria nostra in Izera, vel ubicunque habcmus jus piscandi in dominio nostro, vel extra, pro voluntatc sua annuatim jure perpetuo percipiendam, i(a tamcn quod primo loco wagham unam recipiet ecclesia de Dunis, ex elemosina bone memorie domini Theoderici, quondam de Dixmude castellani, sed post illam statim ecclesia predicta recipiet elemosinam antedictam. Ut autem hec donatio perpetua et inconvulsa permaneat ecclesie supradicte, pre- sentes litteras ipsi et testimonium et robur tradidimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine robo- ratas. Actum anno Domini M^CCXX* quinto, mense Novembri.
