      Ego frater S. dictus abbas et conventus de Dunis, notum fieri volumus universis ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit, quod cum haberemus triginta tres solidos annui reddilus super tres mensuras terre, jacentes in Quadipra, ex elemosiua Tiscelici, quondam burgensis Bergensis et Beie uxoris sue, postmodum evolutis aliquot annis, dictas tres mensuras terre, cum solidis memoratis reddidimus Johanni, filio dicti Tiscelici. Becipientes ab ipso triginta solidos annui census, super quatuor menturas terre jacentes in Erenboldi capella, juxta quadestrat ver- 5us orientem, quas tenet Maba de Strata. Item dedimus dicto Johanni viginti solidos annui redditus super tres circiter mensuras terre, jacentes in Warkem, pro quibus ab ipso rece- pimus viginti duos solidos et sex denarios, annui census supcr terram quam tcnet Pieter- kiuus filius Malgeri. IIoc concambium factum est coram scabinis bergensibus, quot ut ratum permaneat sigillum nostrum presenti scripto duximus apponendum. Actum anno Domini M°CC°XXX°.
