comes Hollaudie, omnibus scultetis et justiciariis sive ballivis per totam
terram suam constitutis, salutem. Mandamus vobis universis et singulis quatinus
quotiens aliquis in nostro dominio constitutus, aliquid sibi credit competere
contra fratres ecclesie beate Marie de Dunis et ab eis quicquam conatur
repetere, talem habeatis eundem ut contentus sit lege et justicia loci sive
patrie in qua res detinetur de qua querimonia ventilatur. Quod si noluerit et
contra hanc formam veniens dictos fratres molestaverit, opponatis vos talibus
fideliter et ipsos viriliter compescatis. Si autem aliter fecerint ct dictos
fratres molestaverint contra hanc formam, nullatenus sitis eis consilio vel
auxilio sed ita fideliter opponatis vos eis ut ab hujusmodi injuria et vexatione
dictorum fratrum desistant, scientes pro certo quod cum talis injuria ad
notitiam nostram venerit, non poterimus eam preterire inultam , nec dictis
fratribus in sua justitia aliquatenus deesse. Datum anno Domini M° CC°
