      Nos frater H. de Thosan et J. de Boudelo dicti abbates, notum facimus presentes lit- teras inspecturis quod Tankardus Utenweghe et Willelmus, filius Volpreghti, in nostra pre- sentia constituti, recongnoverunt se legitime vendidisse, tempore anni Dominice incarnationis millesimi ducentesimi tricesimi, quadringentas et circiter quinquaginta mensuras terre Huut- diics heriditatis, tam sue quam sue etiam parentele, ipsis de sua parentela huic venditioni, secundum legem patrie, assensum suum prebentibus: de qua terra partem tunc precii acce- perunt. De reliqua autem parte precii recognoverunt sibi satisfactum esse tempore domini Nicholai, abbatis tunc temporis ecclesie Dunensis, id est anno Domini M° CC° quadragesimo. In cujus rei testimonium ad petitionem quorundam presentes Utteras sigillorum nostrorum appensione roboravimus. Datum anno Domini M° CG° X" L.
