      Ego Florentius, Zelandie ac Hollandie comes, notum fieri volo universis, tam posteris quam modernis, quod domina Lielt de Stavenessa dedit ecclesie de Thosan, libera voluntate sua et viri sui secundi Theoderici, ob remedium anime sue et animarum parentum suorum et virorum suorum duorum Willelmi et Theoderici, et filiorum suorum et filiarum et omnium amicorum suorum, XXV mensuras terre jacentes in Nordbcvelant, inter Calfliet et Wifliet in parte meridiana terre sue ibi jacentis non diursum sed contigue accipiendas, versus boream, in meram elemosinam post obitum suum perpetuo jure possidendas. Ut autem hec donatio rata permaneat, dedit eidem ecclesie iii solidos annuatim, quamdiu vixcrit, in festo Sancti Bavonis persolvendos. Cui etiam dicte ecclesie monachi propter spem et fiduciam quam de eorum religione concepit officium sepulture cum obierit tenebuntur exhibere. Ne igitur aliqua in posterum contentio, seu calumpnia quovis modo super hac donatione oriatur, presentem cartulam dignam duxi sigilli mei appensione muniri et testium nomina qui affuerunt adhibcre: Heinricus presbyter de Stavenessa, Johannes presbyter et monachus de Thosan, frater Hcin- ricus magister de Munsterhoc, fratcr Petrus Wulf, Poppo de Stavenessa, Heine frater Bettonis. Willelmus frater Theoderici de Stavenessa et Simon frater ejus. Actum anno Domini M*CC°XXiII°.
