Bischof Wilhelm von Modena, päpstlicher Legat, hebt das in Liv- und Estland geltende Verbot der Vergabung von Immobilien an die Kirche und an milde Stiftungen auf, empfiehlt dabei allen Gläubigen das Revaler Leprosorium Graphics:
