      Ego Odo, archipresbiter Tullionis, notum facio tam futuris quam presentibus quod Bartholomeus Corboille in capitulo Fonteneti quitavit omnes querelas quas adversum Fontenetum habuerat et juravit super sanctas reliquias quod ecclesiam Fonteneti nec per se nec per alium amplius vexaret vel dampnificaret. Presentibus istis : Bernardo de Grinione cellerario, Andrea de Buxi , Arnaudo decano de Chasneio , Berardo de Espessa , Herveio de Fontanis . Quod totum ut ratum habeatur in posterum sigilli mei impressione confirmavi, anno ab incarnatione Domini m° c° xc° vi°.
