      Ego Odo, dux Burgundie , notum facio tam presentibus quam futuris quod Willermus filius domine Hodierne de Sauz , laude et assensu domini Josberti de Maiseio patris sui, pignore obligavit Helyeth de Monte Barri , quicquid habebat apud Marmaniam et apud Sanctum Georgium de Lucenai pro xxx ta tribus libris proviniensis monete, tali conditione quod si ipse Willermus de vita decederet guageriam eamdem fratres de Fonteneto in elemosinam haberent si eam redimere vellent. Et ut hoc ratum sit presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui. Actum anno gratie m° cc° ix, mense junio.
