    In Christi nomine. Pateat auribus fidelium nobiliumque uirorum in prouincia Baiuuuariorum degentium, qualiter quidam nobilis uir nepos et equiuocus domni Annonis episcopi diuina conpunctus clementia deuota pertractans mente, ut aliquid boni domo dei concessisset et suorum mereretur indulgentiam pereipere delictorum, inde ueniens Frigisingam ante requiem sancte dei genetricis Marie sanctique Corbiniani confessoris Christi tradidit in capsam eiusdem uirginis Marie quicquid illo die in loco qui dicitur Hai, uisus fuerit proprietatis possidere, et nihil pretermisit quod domo dei non donasset, eo siquidem modo quod de domo dei eodem rectore Annone tribuente de pecunia solidos suscepit xl, ut eo firmius nullo contradicente memorabiliusque eadem iam dieta traditio ad eandem permaneret ecclesiam inconuulse perennis felieiter annis.
