In dei nomine. Placvit atque conuenit inter uenerabilem Lantbertum Frigisingensis ecclesie episcopum nee non et quendam nobilem uirutn Papo nominatum quandam commutationem facere sicut et fecerunt. Tradidit itaque idem predictus nobilis uir in manus prefati episcopi et aduocati sui Ratolti talem proprietatem qualem suus pater Piligrim nomine in potestate et tutamine habuit in loco Omaras dicto, cum curtiferis et edifieiis, pratis, paseuis atque nemoribus et cum i seruo qui dispensationi preerat, cum exitibus et reditibus, quejsitis et inquirendis omnibusque rebus iuste legitimeque ad eundem locum pertinentibus, et in alio suo loco Piparpah dicto coloniam i excepto eurtifero, ad ecclesiam sanete Marie sanetique Corbiniani confessoris Christi eternaliter persistendum. Econtra vero in recompensatione eiusdem conmutationis idem prefatus laudabilis episcopus cum manu sui aduocati predicti eidem prefato nobili uiro de rebus prefate ecclesie locum Waltkereshoua dictum cum ecclesia i et omnibus causis iure ad eundem locum pertinentibus euis temporibus in proprietatem tradidit habendum. Unde et duas commutationes inter se fieri uoluerunt pari tenore conscriptas, ut vterque quod ab altero accepit, teneat atque possideat firmiter. Isti sunt testes eiusdem conmutationis, Kundpold, Engildieo, Isanhart, Adalfrid, Anno, Engilpreht, Kotesscalh, Sigimuot, Kundheri, Sigihart, Helmrih, Reginheri et alii.
