Nouerit omnium industria fidelium nostrorum tarn presentium quam et futurorum, qualiter uenerabilis Frisingensis aeclesiae Abraham episcopus nostram adiit celsitudinem proclamans se quedam loca in medio horurn comitatuum constituta qui vulgo uocantur Pustrussa, Lurno, Catubria, iniuste et inlegitime a prefata Frigisingense aecclesia subtracta, nos uero per interuentum dilecte matris nostre Adalhaide et nostri nepotis uidelicet ducis Heinrici suis petitionibus consentientes et quicquiq (!) inter hos2 tres supra titulatos comitatus proprietatis habuimus, hoc est ubi ingreditur fluuius Pudio Rionzum, ex eo Ioco sursum quecumque adiacent utrisqiie ripis eiusdem fluminis cum comitatu Catubriae, inde usque ad flumen Affoltrupach alpes sie appelatas uidelicet Nemes, Anauanto, Uvalcummunaga, Fiscalina, Cunisello, Plezzes, Serula, Pragas, Sexta siue omnia quocumque uocabulo sint, si inter hos fluminum meatus Pudio et Rionzum, montes, ualles, planities, praefatae aecclesiae presuli potestatique subposuimus et per nostre traditionis scriptum iterum3 renouamus sicut ab antecessoribus nostris regibus illuc tradita conperimus. Insuper etiam sub panno imperialinostro iubemus, quiequid de(in)ceps in his locis nascatur in uenationibus siue piscationibus, ut nullus audeat se absque licentia episcopi intromittere, si quis hoc praeuaricauerit, regium pannum episcopo siue aduocato illius persoluat. Iussimus hoc preceptum conscribi, per quod iubemus ut omnia prefata ad eccIesiam Frigisingensem perpetuo iure pertineant. Ut autem haec concessio nostra firmam habeat stabilitatem, manu nostra raborauimus anuloque nostro sigillari precepimus.||
