Consultum namque et iustum videtur, ut quicquid ecclesiasticis vel secularibus negociis agitur, ordine litterarum ac stabilitate ueracivm testivm ita ligetur et firmetur, ne inposterum ab ullo possit dissolui uel corrumpi. Quapropter omnes ecclesie fideles nouerint quomodo complacuit atque conuenit inter uenerabilem Abraham Frigisingensis ecclesie episeopum et quendam nobilem uirum nomine Gozhalmum quandam facere conmutationem sicut et fecerunt. Tradidit namque idem prefatus episcopus cum manu sui aduocati Paponis prefato nobili uiro ad Rotinpah arabilis terre hobas iii et iugera xiii ac prata omnia in eodem loco constituta et ecclesiam i decimatam ad Hohsteten, nee non ad Rihhinchirihhun tertiam partein deeime in proprietatem habendum et exinde quicquid libuerit faciendum. Econtra vero idem Gozhalmus in reconpensationem eiusdem conmutationis in manus episcopi et aduocati predicti retradidit equam mensuram arabilis terre atque pratorum in loco Malontina dicto, insuper etiam dedit hobam i et molinas iii et quid ibi plus habere visus fuerit de pratis et de siluis.ac cum omnibus iure legitimeque ad eundem locum pertinentibus pro ecclesia supradieta et pro tercia parte deeime prefate quas de manu episcopi et sui aduocati aeeepit. Isti sunt testes eiusdem conmutationis, Odalrich, Dietrich, Anno, Ruodolf, Kotascalch, Timo (et) ceteri.
