Notum sit omnibus Christi fidelibus concambivm quoddam factum inter Abraham Frigisingensis aeeclesie uenerabilem episcopum et Albuuinum Sabiensis aeeclesie episcopum. Tradidit enim predictus Abraham episcopus cum manu aduocati sui Diotrici loco Velturnes hobas iiii arabilis terrae eo paeto, ut ab aliis viii hobis eodem loco possessis debitus census penitus remaneret, in manus Albuuini uenerabilis episcopi et aduocati sui Rodani sue ecclesie et suis usibus perpetuo possidendum. Econtra predictus Albuuinus episcopus cum manu aduocati sui Rodani recredidit se eundem censum ex inde nunquam requirendum et cum tali affirmatione aeternaliter fixum et stabile utrobique permanendum. Huius rei testes sunt Ruodolf, Penno, Perahtolt, Isaac, Ozi, Pezili, Hazo, item Penno, Isanhart, Azili, Gisalolt.
