Ad notiam cunctorum Christi fidelium peruenire decreuimus, quod quidam nobilis vir Aribo nomine uenit ad ciuitatem Frigisingam et tradidit pro anime sue et eiusdem ciuitatis episcopi remedio in loco Kiehna nuncupato1 aream i iuxta curtiferum cuiusdam uiri qui dicitur Migino2 sitam cum hoba i ad eandem aream pertinentem ad altare sancti Urbani in seruitium scilicet eiusdem altaris clerico perpetualiter existendum, necnon etiam pollicens, vt si de prefata hoba aliquid deesset, ex aliis suis locis restitueret in integrum. Ad hanc rem testes prenotantur Altman comes, Ruotpreht.
