Notum sit omnibus in Christo credentibus, qualiter Frisingensis episcopus Heinricus nec non et Brixinensis episcopus Hugo cum communi peticione et collaudatione tam clericorum quam laicorum suorum de commutatione quorundam mancipiorum ex ministerialibvs filiis ecclesiarum suarum utriusque generis in unum conuenerunt. Tradidit enim prefatus Frisingensis episcopus H. cum manu aduocati sui Arnoldi supra altare sanctorum Cassiani et Ingenuuini in manus Brixinensis episcopi H. quendam filium ecclessie sue Tagini dictum cum duabus sororibus suis Richiza et Merigarth uocatis ad iustam legitimamque concambionem omni retro acta contradictione perpetualiter tenendum cum legitimo iure ministrorum atque legauit. Huius traditionis testes infrascripti utrimque manibus tracti sunt per aures, de nobilibus Ger. comes, Heinrich comes, Grimolth filivsque eius Oˇdalrich, Hartuuich, Freiso, Wolftrigil, Werinheri, Garninolf, Wotolo, Otto palatinvs comes1, de familia utriisque ecclesiis(!) Wielant, Aribo, Otto, Chvnrath, Wintheri, Marchuuarth, Humpreht, Heinrich, Maganes, item Maganes, Chůnrath, Ortolf, Friderich Odalschalch, Perchtolt, Volchmar, Wichman. Quibus rite peractis prelibatus Brixinensis episcopus H. cum manu aduocati sui Arnoldi supra altare sancti Corbiniani in manvs prescripti Frisingensis episcopi H. ecclesie sue ministrum unum Adalman nominatum cum duabus sororibus suis Glisnoth et Gisala personatis ad firmam perpetuamque concambionem econtra tradidit atque legauit traditionemque prelibatis testibus solito more stabiliuit atque confirmauit.
