    Notum sit omnibus ecclesie fidelibus tam futuris quam presentibus, qualiter concanbium inter duos pontifices uidelicet Frisingensem pontificem Heinricum et Patauiensem pontificem Ovdalricum factum sit per aduocatum Frisingensis ecclesie Otacharum marchionem et aduocatum Patauiensis ecclesie Adalbertum Leupoldi marchionis filium. Patauiensis pontifex in concanbio Frisinensi (!) pontifici tradidit predium quoddam, uidelicet duos mansos in loco Ardachari et uineam cum decimatione in uilla Mecilinisdorf et mansum in loco qui dicitur Grie (?) pro uilla Sewarin et eandem uillam ecclesie sancti Georgii per manum Hertwici cuiusdam nobilis potestatiua manu delegauit. Huius rei testes sunt Purchardus de Mosburc, Hertwicus de Rudniche, Gotefrit de Rota, Sigebote (!), Waltchuon, Sigefrit, Tiemo, Durinc, Heinrich, Pernoh, Werimuot Rudeger. Cum eisdem testibus eadem hora tradidit eidem ecclesie quatuor uineas in uilla que dicitur Steine sub eisdem testibus.
