In dei nomine placuit atque conuenit inter magnificum Frisingiensis ecclesie antistitem dominum Ottonem et venerabilem abbatissam Patauiensis cenobii dominam Adelheidem quandam commutationem facere sicut et fecerunt. Tradidit enim episcopus per manum aduocati sui Waltichuni de Machlande (et) sine contradictione delegauit ad prefatum cenobium quedam mancipia videlicet Liutkardam de Ense et sororem eius Methildem cum filiis et filiabus omnique posteritate eorum eo tenore et iure, ut sicut episcopo ad cameram suam servierunt, ita exinde camere iam dicte domine A. sibique regulariter succedentium deseruiant. Econtra prefata matrona tradidit .ac per manum aduocati sui Gebehardi comitis de Sulzpach legittime episcopo delegauit quandam feminam Richkardam nomine cum filiis et filiabus omnique posteritate earum ea conditione, ut sicut antea capelle sue Houechirichen censum quinque denariorum singulis annis persoluebant, ita de cetero eundem tantummodo censum episcopo Frisingensi in Coena domini ad mandatum et ministerium pauperum sine querela persoluant. Hec autem commutatio siue concambium assensu cleri, sanctimonialium et fauore familie utriusque partis perfecta est et presente ac annuente serenissimo Romanorum rege Chůnrado secundo in conspectu principum ac totius cleri apud Ratisponam priuilegiis confirmata et conscripta, ut uterque quod accepit, teneat atque irrefragabiliter in perpetuum possideat. Testes de curia sunt isti, Heinricus Ratisponensis episcopus, Reginbertus Patauiensis episcopus, Eberhardus Pabinbergensis, Gebehardus Eistetensis, Altmannus Tridentinensis, de laicis principibus Fridericus Ratisponensis aduocatus, Heinricus vrbis prefectus et frater eius, Poppo et Berhtolt comites de Andehs, Hartvvicus comes de Pogine, Dietpaldus iunior marchio de Voheburch, Otto filius Ottonis palatini comitis et multi alii principes et nobiles quorum nomina longum est enarrare. Porro eorum testium qui huic negotio familiariter iuterfuerunt, hec nomina sunt, iunior D. marchio de Voheburch, Chunradus de Piburch, Waltchun de Griezpach, Wernher de Meminchouen, Berhtolt de Scammer, Erchanperht de Hanenpach, hi omnes milites Gebehardi comitis, de nostris Albertus de Moseburch, et frater eius Burchart, Isinricus camerarius, Friderich de Haga, Chunrat de Heidoluingen, Gervvich de Rubendorf, Rudolf et frater eius Rulant de Pubenhusen, Eberhart de Werde, Gotefrit pincerna, Herewich, Friderich, Rudiger, de familia Patauiensi Robertus, Marchwart, Adalperht, Piligrim, Marchwart, Eckihart, Enziman et plures alii.
