Sancti spiritus assit nobis gratia et simul cum eadem Frederico Romanorum imperatori augusto uita et uictoria. Anno VII. regni eius imperii vero IIII., anno ab incarnatione domini M°. C. LVIIII., indictione VII, ego Berzo iudex ordinarius sacri palatii gloriosi imperatoris F. ex eius precepto cognitor (cause) que˛ uertebatur inter Albertvm Frisingensem episcopum et Guuezolum de Camino Seuolricum Guuezoli procuratorem super possessione totius comitatus de Catubrio uisis rationibus utriusque partis et diligenter pro posse inspectis, condemno Guezolum, Seuoldricum eius procuratorem Alberto Frisingensi episcopo in restauricionem (!) possessionis totivs comitatus de Catubrio et predicti comitatus possessionem in integrum a Guuezolo restituendam esse Alberto Frisingensi episcopo pronuntio. Hec acta sunt coram predicto imperatore F. in ciuitate Mutina in palatio, indictione predicta. Testes interfuerunt quorum nomina hec sunt, E. Bambergensis episcopus et F. comes palatinus de Gunspach et Burcardus de Asburgo et Armannus marchio Ueronensis et comes Albertus et alii plures. Ego Berzo iudex ordinarius predicti imperatoris ex eius mandato scripsi et subscripsi.
