Hec est forma contractus et laudamenti facti inter dominum Ottonem Frisingensis ecclesie episcopum et chorum Pataviensem. Dominus Otto Frisingensis ecclesie episcopus ad peticionem tocius collegii Patauiensis ecclesie tam chori quam ministerialium el marcas mutuo conferens decimam que prouenit de dominicalibus prefate ecclesie Frisiugensis et appendiciis capelle in Enzinsdorf, sub nomine pignoris obligauit, ita quod eiusdem decimacionis vsufructus annuatim sibi uel successoribus suis plenarie debeat persolui, si in festo uidelicet Ascensionis argumento equipollenti redimi differatur. Vt autem destinati pignoris conuentionem circa Frisingensem episcopum tam uenerabilis Patauiensis ecclesie episcopus Wolfkerus quam eius successores ratam per omnia habere debeant et approbatam, meliores de choro (et) de ministerialibus data fide confirmantes se fideliter obtemperatos in his polliciti sunt quorum hec sunt nomina, Manegoldus abbas in Chremsmvnster, Meingotus prepositus de Matse, Ortolfus prepositus et archidiaconus, Arnoldus cellerarius, Arnoldus Biber, Wernherus de Ascha, Hermannus, Gotfridus, Albero magister, Vlricus scriba, Richerus de Wesen, Albertus Puer, Tiemo de Puchelberch, Heinricus Vlisaer, Marquardus de Matse, Engelbertus de Nordernpach.
