Fr. dei gracia dux Austrie et (Styrie,) dominus Carniole. Tenore presencium notum fieri volumus vniuersis, quod nos forum Aspach quod ab ecclesia Frisingensi in feodo habere dinoscimur et confitemur, venerabili domino nostro eiusdem ecclesie episcopo Ch. pro quingentis marcis argenti occasione expensarum quas idem episcopus in curia domini nostri Fr. serenissimi imperatoris Romanorum nostro nomine atque de mandato nostro fecisse diuoscitur, obligauimus tali pacto, quod cum nos dictam pecuniam episcopo memorato vel eius successori soluerimus, predictum forum nomine feodi ad nos redeat absolutum. Ad cuius rei memoriam presentem paginam venerabilis domini nostri archiepiscopi Salzburgensis Eberhardi et nostri sigillus iussimus communiri. Datum anno incarnacionis domini M. CC. XXXVI., nona indictione, mense Julii.
