Notum sit vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod nos Gregorius dei gracia sancte Aquiligensis sedis electus et Chvnradus per eandem Frisingensis episcopus super omni genere empcionis et vendicionis et aliorum contractuum que suborari (!) poterunt per homines nobis attinentes in utriusque (!) nostris districtibus constitutos, tale statutum edidimus tam inter nos quam nostros homines ex nunc usque in antea stabiliter obseruandum, cuius series talis est et ordo.
