    Reuerentissimo patri in Christo et domino Vlrico dei gracia sancte Salzburgensis (ecclesie) archiepiscopo dignissimo V. prepositus, H. decanus totumque Frisingensis ecclesie capitulum clerici deuotissimi subiectione et reuerentie debite famulatum. Cum venerabilis pater et dominus noster Chunradus pie memorie quondam Frisingensis episcopus magistro Heinrico canonico ecclesie sancti Andree de Frisinga exhibitori presencium suas litteras dederit presentacionis ad vestre reuerencie presenciam super ecclesia sancti Petri iuxta Weltz sita in fundo Frisingensis ecclesie, in qua ex priuilegio papali ipse habuit et omnes sui successores habent ius patronatus, que cepit vacare post obitum episcopi Lauentensis, ecce eundem cum litteris quondam sibi a prefato domino nostro episcopo concessis ad vestre benignitatis presenciam dirigimus ad ecclesiam memoratam, rogantes quantenus dei et iuris intuitu ipsum de eadem ecclesia dignemini misericorditer inuestire.
