    Alexander episcopus seruus seruorum dei. Dilectis filiis . . . abbati et conuentui monasterii de Sytansteten, ordinis sancti Benedicti, Patauiensis diocesis, salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Justis petentium desideriis dignum est nos facilem prebere consensum, et uota que a rationis tramite non discordant, effectu prosequente complere. Cum igitur sicut uestra petitio nobis exhibita continebat, bone memorie . . . episcopus Patauiensis sui capituli accedente consensu ius patronatus quod habebat in de Aspach, Waidhofen et Holnstein ecclesiis Patauiensis diocesis, uobis et per uos monasterio uestro prout spectabat ad eum, pia et prouida deliberatione contulerit, sicut in litteris inde confectis dicitur plenius contineri, nos uestris supplicationibus inclinati quod ab eodem episcopo super hoc pie ac prouide factum est, ratum et gratum habentes id auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmationis infringere uel ei ausu temerario contraire, si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum.
