      Reuerendo domino suo C. venerabili Frisingensi episcopo R. de Valchenberch deuotum et fidele seruitium cum debita subiectione. Tenorem presentium benignitali vestre transmitto super fideiussione sicut honestis rationibus discussum est, pro Hainrico dicto Raedil, vt ipsum michi absolutum et pristine libertati restitutum transmittatis, tali conditione vt si ipse predictus Hainricus vel offenderit vestros homines percutiendo, capiendo, rapiendo vel per vim retinendo, ego sim astrictus ad satisfactionem quinquaginta talentorum, et si forte me mori contigerit, filius meus tali pene subiaceat ut prescripsi. Huius rei fideiussores mei sunt, videlicet Hainricus de Gutentvrn, Eberhardus frater ipsius, Rudgerus de Mitterndorf, Wolfkerus officialis de Herrantstain, Pernhardus de Herrantstain. Acta sunt hec apud Nouam ciuitatem, anno domini M. CC. LXIII., VI. kal. Augusti, presentibus testibus subnotatis videlicet domino Hainrico dicto Vertinch, Vlrico de Lvhsnich, Rai(m)botone de Luhsnich, Ditrico de Reichenstorf militibus, Friderico de Lvhsnich et aliis quampluribus fide dignis.
