Otacher dei gracia rex Bohemie, dux Austrie (et Styrie)1 et marchio Morauie dilecto sibi comiti de Hardeke ac aliis vniuersis capitaneis et iudicibus Austrie presentibus et futuris graciam suam et omne bonum. Cvm sit cordi nobis Frisingensi ecclesie ob reuerenciam gloriose beate Marie virginis, necnon ob anime nostre remedium per vniuersa ipsius ecclesie predia sua sub nostri districtus dominio cuiuslibet libertatis priuilegium illibatum per omnia conseruare, atque intendamus ipsius ecclesie iura defendere pariter et tueri, volumus et mandamus nostre gracie sub obtentu quatenus fori in Waidhoven in illa consuetudine ac libertate quam ciues eiusdem feri circa ferrum emendum aut vendentum (!) aut super aliis mercimoniis se habuisse ab antiquo temporibus quondam ducum Austrie per legitimum coram vobis ostenderint documentum, non sinatis per Haspechenses aut per alios quoscunque aliquatenus impediri, cuiuslibet contradictionis obstaculo non obstante. Vt autem super premissis nostri mandati nostreque voluntatis series circa vos presentes et futuros maius robur suscipiat, memorate Frisingensi ecclesie presentes litteras dedimus nostri sigilli munimine roboratas.
