In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti amen. Notum sit omnibus Christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod domina Petrisa vxor quondam domini Rvdolfi militis de Resen cum manu et consensu filiorum suorum Ortolfi et Ysenrici pro remedio anime sue et progenitorum eius Irmigardem ancillam suam iure proprietatis siue mancipii sibi per omnia pertinentem, sano corpore et mente sancte Marie dei genitrici perpetue virgini ecclesie Frisingensis liberaliter, simpliciter atque pure tradidit, isto pacto quod eadem Irmigardis et omnes pueri eius quos de se produxerit, tam masculi quam femine omni libertate et iure gaudeant quibus utuntur ceteri homines ecclesie Frisingensis qui dicuntur vrbores livte. Ad maiorem huius rei euidentiam capitulum Inticense hoc scriptum sigilli sui munimine roborauit. Actum est anno domini millesimo CC. LXVIII., in monasterio Inticensi. Testes sunt magister Got(scalchus) scolasticus Inticensis, domini Chvnradus Taveler, Marquardus filius quondam domini Heidenrici militis, Allmannus filius quondam domini Heinrici militis canonici Inticenses, Heinricus Scolaris de Virga, Heinricus Leo camerarius, Marquardus et Heinricus fratres filii quondam Rudgeri militis de Intica, Berhtrammus et alii quam plures.
