Nos Othakarus dei gratia Boemie rex, dux Austrie et Styrie ac marchio Morauie scire volumus vniuersos presentes litteras inspecturos, quod ad honorem beate Marie sacrosancte matris domini nostri Jesu Christi virginis gloriose que Frisingensis ecclesie dinoscitur esse domina et patrona, iuxta requisicionem et instanciam capituli dicte ecclesie Frisingensis omnia iura, libertates que vel quas memoratum capitulum Frisingensis ecclesie temporibus bone memorie Fr. ducis Austrie generaliter vel specialiter habuit de mvta et thelonio tam per aquas quam per terras de vino et victualibus non soluendis, eidem capitulo et canonicis ecclesie Frisingensis intacta per omnia volumus conseruare. Quapropter uniuersis mutariis et officialibus per Austriam constitutis damus firmiter in mandatis, quatenus vinum et victualia ad mensam dictorum capituli et canonicorum Frisingensis ecclesie pertinentia tam per aquas quam per terram transire permittant libere qualibet sine mvta. Et vt premissa perpetuam obtineant firmitatem, presentes litteras sepedictis capitulo et canonicis ecclesie Frisingensis in euidens testimonium concedimus nostrorum sigillorum munimine roboratas, Datum anno domini M. CC. LX. IX., indictione duodecima, octauo kalendas Augusti.
