Nos Ottakarus dei gracia Bohemie rex dux Austrie, Styrie et Karinthie, marchio Morauie, dominus Carniole et Marchie vniuersis notum facimus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod reuerendus in Christo pater et dominus Chvnradus venerabilis Frisingensis ecclesie episcopus vniuersa feoda que sibi et ecclesie Frisingensi vacare ceperunt per mortem domini Vlrici karissimi anunculi nostri bone memorie quondam illustris ducis Karinthie et domini Carniole et Marchie, nobis et heredibus nostris in perpetuum feodali tytulo contulit possidendam, consideracione prouida considerans et attendens defensionis et commoditatis fructum que a nobis vel nostris heredibus sibi et ecclesie Frisingensi in futurum poterunt peruenire. Nos vero versa vice vniuersa iura et libertates ecclesie Frisingensis in aliis et hiis prediis ad ipsam ecclesiam pertinentibus eidem domino episcopo et suis successoribus integraliter promisimus obseruare.
