    Uenerabili ac reuerendo in Christro patri domino suo intima semper deuocione colendo domino Chunrado dei gratia ecclesie Frixigensis episcopo dignissimo Cunica relicta olirn magnifici militis domini Tysonis de Campo sancti Petri et mater Tysonis nouelli quondam domini Tysonis filii ipseque Tyso eius filius reuerencias subditas et deuotas. Ecce paternitati uestre tenore presentis facimus manifestum, quod prudens reuerendus uir dominus Albertus de Euna1 ecclesie uestre Frixigensis canonicus iuxta mandatum sibi commissum per uestras patentes literas me Tysonem predictum olim domini Tysonis filium de Gudico eiusque pertinent(iis), iuribus et appendiciis iure feudi proud(!) quondam bone memorie pater meus inuestitus olim fuerat habueratque et possederat, inuestiuit debitumque fidelitatis iuramentum audiuit solempniter et suscepit. Insuper ego Tyso nouellus supradictus recognosco presentibus, me debere seruare fidelitatem domino meo episcopo Frixigensi sicut uasallus domino suo tenetur et nichilominus seruicia sibi impendere citra montes secundum quod in instrumentis continetur super hoc confectis, quodque etiam illudquod pro feudi recognicione nuncii nostri promiserant, in numerata pecunia plene et integre habuit et recepit. Grates igitur agentes vberrimas digno patri nos non modo ad que iure fidelitatis promisse astringimur, sed ad tantum maiora quantum nos semper et nostri tollerare possimus, offerimus uobis uestreque ecclesie et successoribus obligatos.||
