Nos Irnfridus filius domini Gocconis de Chrems et Rudlinus de Mevrperge procuratores ipsius domini Goconis presentibus protestamur et scire volumus vniuersos, quod reuerendus in Christo pater dominus Chunradus venerabilis Frisingensis episcopus pro possessionibus in Teica quas eidem vendidimus nomine domine Goconis, ducentas 1 marcas argenti ponderis Wiennensis nobis per se et suos procuratores assignauit, de quibus aput Waedlingen proxima die Sabbati post octauam Pentecostes presente ipso domino episcopo centum marce fuerunt assignate et in octaua sancti Johannis Baptiste sequenti centum l marce aput Chremsam per magistrum Hermannum et Chvnradum notarios ipsius domini episcopi procuratores presentibus domino Sibotone fratre ipsius domini Goconis, Meinhardo et Rudlino notariis ipsius domini G., domino Heinrico plebano in Holnburch, ... Grubario de Wachowe, Herbrando camerario, Rudlino officiale (!) de Teic et aliis quampluribus fidedignis. Datum aput Chrems, anno domini M. CC. LXX. sexto, in octaua beati Johannis Baptiste, et quia sigilla propria non habuimus, presentem cedulam in horum testimonium sigillo ipsius domini Gocconis placuit roborari.
