König Rudolf trägt den Grafen M. von Tirol und F. von Ortenburg, so wie seinen sämmtlichen Amtsleuten auf, die Gerichtsbarkeit des Bisthums Freising auf seinen Gütern in Krain nach Laut deren alter Privilegien zu achten.
