    Nos Fridericus purchgrauius de Nvrenberch ad noticiam vniuersorum tam presencium quam futurorum peruenire cupimus et protendi, quod cum venerabilis in Christo pater ac dominus noster Chunradus Frisingensis episcopus nos ac nostros heredes de bonis in campo Ibsvelde sitis circa villam Amsteten que felicis recordacionis dominus Heinricus de Sevelt ab ecclesia Frisingensi titulo fevdali tenebat, omni iure infeodare graciosius dignaretur, primo et principaliter subsequens articulus tactus fuit, videlicet quod eadem feoda non vendere, alienare vel alicui persone infeodare possemus, nisi habito super consilio supradicti episcopi et fauore. Que si forte aput nos conuenire uel emere nollet vel non posset racione debita mediante, alteri persone cuieunque voluerimus memorata bona vendendi teneamus liberam facultatem. In cuius rei memoriam presens scriptum confici voluerimus nostrique sigilli robore consignari. Datum et actum Wienne, anno domini M. CC. LXX. septimo, VIIII. kal. Marcij.
