König Rudolf benachrichtigt seine sämmtlichen Amtleute, dass er dem Bischofe Konrad von Freising auch das Jagdrecht auf landesfürstl. Boden in Österreich gewährt habe und befiehlt, denselben darin nicht zu behindern.

    Rvdolfus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Vniuersis capitaneis, iudicibus, ofticialibus atque venatoribus suis per Austriam graciam suam et bonam voluntatem. Juri consentaneum et consonum racioni videtur, vt principibus nostris qui semper regalibus beneplacitis se deuotos exhibent, specialis prerogatiuam gracie impendamus ipsisque deductionem solacii preparemus. Vobis igitur vniuersis et singulis volumus notum esse, quod venerabili Ch. Frisingensi episcopo principi nostro dilecto ex speciali gracia concessimus et concedemus (!), vt quocienscumque ipse vel sui venatores in predio ecclesie sue in Austria fuerint constituti, venaciones pro sua deductione solacii per districtus nostri dominium libere valea(n)t exercere habeatque idem episcopus pro sue venacionis promocione in ipso nostro districtu quod volge et schefwart wlgariter nuncupatur. Propter quod vobis singulis ac vniuersis sub obtentu gracie nostre precipimus et mandamus, quatenus nullus vestrum in antea sepedictum episcopum aut ipsius venatores aliquatenus impediat in premissis. Et vt gracie nostre liberalitas cuilibet vestrum pateat, dicto episcopo presentem cedulam tradidimus (serenitatis) nostre sigilli robore communitam. Datum Wienne, anno domini millesimo CC. LXXVII., XIIII. kalendas Junii, indictione quinta regni nostri anno quarto.
