    Rvdolfus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Vniuersis iinperii Romani fidelibus presentes litteras inspecturis imperpetuum. Accedens nuper ad nostre magestatis presenciam venerabilis Chvnradus Frisingensis episcopus nobis humiliter supplicauit, vt priuilegium clare memorie Friderici quondam Romanorum imperatoris ipsi et ecclesie sue Frisingensi traditum et concessum innouare et confirmare de benignitate regia dignaremur. Cuius priuilegii talis est tenor:||
    Folgt nun die Urkunde Kaiser Fridrichs I. ddo. 1189, 18. Mai, Wien (Nr. 122).||
    Nos itaque memorati C. Frisingensis episcopi principis nostri dilecti precibus fauorabiliter inclinati, presens priuilegium de verbo ad uerbum de innata nobis clemencia innouamus, confirmamus et presentis seripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc nostre innouacionis et confirmacionis paginam infringere aut ei in aliquo contraire, quod qui fecerit grauem nostre magestatis offensam se nouerit incursurum. Testes sunt hii, venerabilis . . . Salzburgensis episcopus, . . . Patauiensis, . . . Ratisponensis, . . . Babenbergensis, . . . Seccouiensis, . . . Gurcensis, et . . . Kimensis episcopi et alii quamplures. In cuius testimonium magestatis nostre sigillum est appensum. Signum domini nostri Rudolfi Romanorum regis inuictissimi.
