Bischof Konrad von Freising gestattet dem Abte R. von Seitenstetten zu Waidhofen eine Hofstätte für den Bau eines Hauses zu erwerben und befreit sie zugleich von allen grundherrlichen Steuern und Abgaben.

    Nos Chvnradus dei gratia Frisingensis episcopus notum esse volumus presentium inspectoribus uniuersis, quod nos dilecto in Christo fratri R. venerabili abbati monasterii in Seytensteten propter grata et fidelia obsequia que nobis idem hactenus impendit, hanc concessimus gratiam specialem, ut liceat sibi emere aream vnam in opido nostro Waidhouen ad vnum purkreht vel dimidium pro se suisque successoribus et monasterii sui utilitate inedificandum, et nos ipsi domino abbati suisque successoribus in ipsa area siue domo hanc libertatem concedimus per presentes, ut de ipse area siue domo nullam steuram uel aliam exaccionem ipse uel successores sui soluere teneantur, hiis solum exceptis que predicti opidi nostri in Waidhouen uel ciuium nostrorum ibidem utilitatem communem respicere videbuntur. In cuius rei testimonium presentem cedulam sibi tradidimus nostri sigilli munimine roboratam. Datum aput Anasum, anno domini millesimo CC. LXX. septimo, XV. kalendas Decembris.
