Graf Heinrich von Pfannberg beurkundet, dass Bischof Konrad von Freising für seine von ihm (dem Grafen) auszutragende Streitsache den Jubart von Ulmerfeld zu seinem Sachwalter ernannt habe.

    Romanorum vel quocunque alio iudice ab ipso domino nostro rege deputato suo nomine faciendum duxerit in premissis vel in aliquo premissorum. Nichilominus idem episcopus obligauit se pro eodem Jubardo sub ypoteca rerum sue ecclesie ad omnes clausulas iudicato soluendo. In cuius rei testimonium presentem cedulam prefato domino episcopo tradidimus nostri sigilli munimine roboratam. Datum et actum Wienne, anno domini M. CC. LXX. septimo, XI. kal. Novembris.
