Nos Albertus Goricie et Tirolis comes, Aquilegensis, Tridentine (et) Brixinensis ecclesiarum aduocatus notum facimus vniuersis ad quos littere presentes peruenerint, quod de bonis nostris propriis circa Schoenenberch sitis quinquaginta marcarum Aquilegensium redditus resignauimus in manibus reuerendi in Christo domini et consanguinei nostri Emchonis episcopi Frisingensis pro nobis et heredibus nostris et eosdem redditus recepimus ab eodem patre et domino titulo feudali. Nomina autem predictorum redditum sunt hec, in villa Troegeren sunt decem et octo hube quorum septem sunt culte et inhabitate, in villa Schependorf sunt duodecim hube quarum septem sunt culte, in uilla Triebstorf sunt vndecim hube quarum sex sunt culte, in villa Vreychav sunt quinque hube quarum due sunt culte, in villa Altenburch sunt quatuor hube omnes culte, in villa Stelz sunt sex hube quarum vna est culta. Quelibet hubarum soluit singulis annis vnum modium tritici, quinque mez silliginis, decem mez auene, vnum chaufmez fabarum et vnum chaufmez puleium, vnum porcum soluentem (!) ad minus denarios triginta, in festo Georij ouem cum agno valentem viginti quatuor denarios, in Augusto vnum vlaischfrisching ualentem denarios duodecim, sex ochsenphenning pro oleo et tres denarios pro iure lini, preter herbergas et steuram que recipitur semper anno secundo. Quilibet mansus cultus secundum redditus dominorum soluit vnam marcam minus denariis viginti preter herbergas et steuram sicut dominus Ditricus de Schoenberch quem predicti ambo domini ad hoc deputarunt, per singula specificauit. In cuius rei euidenciam presentes fecimus litteras nostri sigilli munimine roborari. Testes huius rei sunt domini Gerhardus prepositus sancti Andree in Frisinga, Fridericus de Stoufenburch prepositus Mosburgensis, Emcho prepositus ecclesie Werdensis, magister Berhtoldus archidiaconus ecclesie Brixinensis, magister Rudgerus canonicus sancti Andree in Frisinga, Albertus Proeter magister curie domini episcopi Frisingensis, Ditricus de Schoenberch, Otto magister curie nostre, Berhtoldus de Girzel milites et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec in Schernoemel, anno domini millesimo octuagesimo sexto, feria quinta ante festum sancte Margarethe.
