Nouerint vniuersi presentium inspectores quod nos Goetfridus decanus ecclesie Frisingensis in causa que mouetur honorabili viro domino Emchoni de Alzaya canonico eiusdem ecclesie super ecclesia sancti Petri prope Weltz sita per reuerendum in Christo patrem dominum . . . venerabilem episcopum ecclesie Lauentine, in qua per eundem dominum Emchonem arbitrator sev amicabilis conpositor fuimus nominatus, discretum virum Eberhardum presencium exhibitorem nostrum constituimus et ordinamus excusatorem sev nuncium per presentes, dantes ei potestatem excusandi et in animam nostram iurandi, quod in loco partibus deputato et in termino prefixo propter infirmitatem sev debilitatem corporalem nullatenus potuimus conparere. Et ut idem excusator noster a satisdacionis onere releuetur, promittimus pro ipso ad cautelam iudicio sisti, iudicatum solui, ratum et gratum habituri quicquid per eum in premissis sev quolibet premissorum fuerit attemptatum. In cuius rei testimonium presentes sibi dedimus nostri sigilli mniumine roboratas. Datum Frisinge, anno domini Millesimo CCC. sexto, in prima vespera Bonifacii.
