    Fridricus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Vniuersis sacri Romani imperii fidelibus graciam suam et omne bonum. Constitutus in nostre maiestatis presencia venerabilis Chvnradus Frisingensis episcopus princeps noster dilectus priuilegium quoddam nobis obtulit, petens cum instancia id ipsum et articulos in eo contentos in persona sui de benignitate regia confirmari. Cuius tenor de verbo ad verbum talis est:||
    Folgt nun Urkunde König Rudolfs ddo. 1281, 21. Juni, Regensburg (Nr. 371).||
    Nos igitur clare recordacionis predicti domini Rudolfi aui et predecessoris nostri piis actibus innitentes ac deuota et fidelia obsequia memorati Chunradi episcopi nobis et imperio prestita fauorabiliter intuentes, predictum priuilegium cum omnibus in ipso contentis in sui persona auctoritate regia innouamus, approbamus et presentis scripti patrocinio confirmamus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc nostre innouacionis, approbacionis sev confirmacionis paginam infringere vel ei ausu temerario contraire, quod qui facere presumpserit, grauem nostram indignacionem se nouerit incurrisse. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras conscribi et sigillo maiestatis nostre iussimus cornmuniri. Datum Wienne, ydus Aprilis, anno domini M. trecentesimo sexto decimo, regni vero nostri anno secundo.
