Scientes nobis ad salutem perpetuum et presentem proficere, si in qualibet re deo serviencium utilitati ac paci prospexerimus, ego et filius meus Cénobio Richerspergensi in Castro nostro Newenburg ob remedium anime nostre simul et Comitis Ekkeberti, cui in heredi- tatem successimus, liberum transitum navibus eorum concessimus, et con- tradimus, sicut ante nos Ek kebertus Comes eidem Cénobio concesse- rat a) ut videlicet nichil ab eis penitus exigatur, quotiens eis eodem tran. sire contigerit. Et ut hec nostra concessio et tradicio firma ejus in perpe tuum permaneat, hanc cartam inde conseriplam Sigilli nostri impression* signavimus.
