Buda – f. Lucie. II. Lajos Rozgonyi István kérésére átírja és megerősíti saját, 1519. november 30-án kelt oklevelét, amely szerint Rozgonyi István egyfelől, Báthori István nádor és temesi comes egymást és utódaikat kölcsönösen ”frater condivisioneles”-ekként fogadták. Egyszersmind Rozgonyi István érdemeiért a zarándi Vicsi Báthor, a szatmári Majtény, Gyarmath és Meggyes oppidumokban esetleg rejlő királyi jogot neki adományozz. Eredeti, hártya.
