Mátyás király Zenthywan-i Mihály nemes panaszára megparancsolja Hodwasarhel oppidum közönségének, hogy a nevezett panaszosnak a Csanád megyei Zenthkyral possessióban lévő szántói, rétjei és kaszálói jogtalan használatát szüntessék meg. – A hajtásoknál rongyos, kissé hiányos, csonka. – Szöveg alatt piros viaszú rányomott pecsét helye.
